Rural
and urban landscapes provide the startig point for all my
prints. I like to include buildings in my work, to give
a sense of history and place; a human connection to the
landscape and spaces around us.
I
am also interested in composition ans creating a balance
between what I have seen ans sketched and the natural fhythms
of lines and tones across the printed surface.
I
have a BA Hons in fine art from the University of Newcastle
upon tyne and am currently a member of 'INKERS' printmaking
group with a base at West Yorkshire Print Workshop.
