I seek to investigate the relationship between abstraction
and figuration
and ask the question, is there a difference between these
two modes? Is the
world of figurative objects a mental construction of our
own making, an
unconscious fabrication that prevents us from experiencing
the immense
beauty of reality? Using images that have there origins
in the aesthetics
and workings of high technology, a new world is born.
