I originally studied history of art and
pursued a career as a picture valuer before returning to
University and achieving a first in Sculpture at Bretton
in 2002. in 2004 I completed an MA in Fine Art at Leeds
University since when I have been working as an artist,
running sculpture workshops at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park,
involved in an art/science project at Leeds University,
and holding a solo exhibition of my photography at the Brahm
Gallery. My interests tend to be sculptural even if the
work is drawn, or executed in photography, video or print.
Print has always provided an exciting alternative to the
problems of working in 3 dimensions.
